Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – Bahurani Fashion

At Bahurani Fashion, we are committed to delivering premium quality women’s clothing. To maintain fairness and avoid misuse, we’ve established a clear return, refund, and exchange policy:

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return/Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • A compulsory unboxing video (from the moment of opening the package to showing the product clearly) is required for any claim.

  • Only damaged or defective products are eligible for return. 

  • Partial returns are not allowed under any circumstances.

  • Products bought under any Buy 1 Get 1, Sale, Clearance, or Discount offer are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Email us at officialbahuranifashion@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Mention your Order ID and attach the unboxing video (and clear images in case of damage or defect).

  • Our team will review your request and respond with approval or rejection.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

    • Reverse shipping charges (starting from ₹200) will be borne by the customer.

    • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you must self-ship the item using a trackable courier at your own expense.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect products.

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received in proper condition:

    • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    • Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your choice.

    • Due to payment gateway and handling fees, you will receive approximately 85% of the product value.

  • ₹200 reverse pickup charge will be deducted (may vary based on product weight and size).

  • No refunds will be given for size issues, change of mind, or promotional offers.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed if the order is processed or dispatched.

Important Note

  • Products purchased during Buy 1 Get 1, Sale, Clearance, or any discount offer are not eligible for return or refund.

  • These can be considered for exchange only if found defective or damaged, and only if a proper unboxing video is provided within the 48-hour window.

  • No exchange or refund will be processed without the video proof.
